Exchange Policy

We accept exchange if there are sizes issues. We also provide a voucher for the item's value (excluding transport fees) if an exchange isn't possible because no other item is available in your size or to your liking. The voucher is issued after the item has been returned. You have a 24-hour window from the time you receive your order to request an exchange. This can be done by sending a request to the management team via WhatsApp or Facebook. However, please note that the company has the right to reject the request at its own discretion.

 

  • Item must be unworn for exchanges. No exchanges on discounted products. Certain items like jewelry, accessories, cosmetics (if seal is broken) are non-exchangeable.

Refund Policy

We accept refunds only for defected items

If you received a defective item, you must contact customer service within  24 hour of receipt to report it.
